I encounter questioning by your receptionist who denied the schedule of a plumber unless the call was made by the property itself. We are a clinic servicing Veterans and we have a Facilities person (me) to arrange all facilities needs in the country for those clinics. We are not a 3rd party vendor and do not see the reason why was that assumed or that will scare you if it was. your dispatcher team is not aware of some of the commercial needs by some of the local in the area. I do not know if my accent gave it away. Google review to follow up so others do not waste time giving you a call. your vendor account will be deleted from our records to avoid this expectations. The Drain Brain is coming to take care of us. Thanks for your previous support whatever that was back in the day. Share this with your receptionist team and the person in the back giving her instructions.”
