“I was ghosted by this company. I called Donohue Havlerson for a leaky toilet. Two guys came out and replaced the ring – $233. It still leaked, so John from the company came out and replaced the PVC flange – no charge. It still leaked. He came back and said he would need to replace the PVC flange with a metal one. He said he would return later in the week. Never heard from him again – he stopped answering my texts. I've called the office 5-6 times, with no reply. Same with email. Haven't heard from them for 2 weeks, so I assume they ain't coming back.
So I'm out $233, with a toilet that still leaks.
All interactions with the company were friendly and professional, so this is a mystery.
Bottom line: maybe Donohue Halverson will finish your job, maybe they won't.”
